With Smart Bill Folio from Touchpoint.io it's easy to get Apple Pay live in less than a week after you order equipment and complete the signup process.
How it works and what you need:
- You need Wi-Fi. This is nothing special, just regular WiFi that that you can access to. No extra firewalls, or certifications or worries,
- Connect your iPad to your Wi-Fi, install our Free Smart Bill Folio Merchant App, and turn on the bluetooth Bill Folio Scanner that was included in your signup kit.
- Scan a Smart Bill Folio, enter the bill amount, and present to customer. That's it
- Customer needs to have data access on their phone to pay. (3G, 4G or Wi-Fi)
- Then close out the Bill on your POS, just like you would with a 3rd party delivery service like Doordash, GrubHub or Uber Eats. Payment was settled when the Customer paid and the money will be in your account as soon as next day.
